A little information about the Colorado Springs real estate market:-  The inventory level in our current market is 4.48 months as at February, 2012.  Levels above 6 months generally favor buyers and inventory levels below 6 months generally favor sellers as prices tend to rise.  If you are a seller it is imperative to price your home correctly, make sure it is in good shape and list it with a Real Estate Agent who knows the market.    For the properties in the $300 000 - $500 000 range, this market is beginnning to correct.  Whether you are buying or selling, it is my belief that you deserve excellent service and need to work with a Realtor whose reputation for honesty, integrity, and reliability are just as important as helping you find the home of your dreams, OR effectively marketing your current home for sale.
